No but following a recent incident i had with a dealership and LR refusing to do any warranty work because i had Hankooks fitted, i would check and insist that they are the type as specified and fitted when they leave the factory |

THey would be on dodgy ground with any warranty rejection if the tyres are of the size and type fitted to the Range Rover...brand and tread are not important and it would take me about 30seconds to remind them of the fit for purpose etc type laws...i had this when the (for about 30 seconds) tried to say the roof rack (Rhino - Aus) wasnt the cause of some roof issues as it wasnt a Genuine LR rack...like i said lasted 30second Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery |

Thanks for the feedback, however it doesn't seem right on a £40k vehicle, front 2 new Pirelli Scorpion, Back 1 Pirelli scorpion close to limit & 1 Wanli with good tread, reasonably new.

Change tyres in pairs - you should always do that.

I would have thought there were rules in relation to tyres in the Approved LR check out I would certainly be taking it back and having a few words with the sales manager. MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

Two different tyres on back is bad imo. Two new Pirellis on the back is what you need. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black. |

I actually heard that having different tires installed could be an issue when driving in rain/ice. Not sure if it is true though. Vadim A. |

The issue i had was based on rating, which exceeded the top speed of the car by a country mile but they used it as a technicality to avoid doing the work, and a lot of others on this forum have fitted the same tyre in question. |
