Netherlands 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Buckingham Blue
Main beam replacement from yellow to white.

After replacing the number plate lights and the postion lights for white leds, which look realy great, i want to replace the bulbs that are situated inboard of the xenon's. I thought they were the high beams, since they give the most light (blue lamp on on dashboard).

The RRS manual although indicates that the lights i want to replace are called main beams.
Unfortunately it does not specify de type of lamps which are used.

Anybody replaced these bulbs which shine yellowish for one's (no leds) with a white tone alike the xenon's?

The same question for replacement of the fog lights for white one's.

Cheers, SW

Would these (4300 kelvin) have these same colour as the Xenon's? SW

K&N Air filter

Hi Bobby, see you have a K&N air filter in your RRS SC - did you notice any difference between using the K&N and the standard air filter; e.g. fuel consumption, performance, etc. A number of LR drivers advised against the use of the K&N as the oil from the filter could foil the MAP and some resultant damage. Whats your take on it.

Skywalker did you have any luck locating some white high beam bulbs? Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.
