iPhone 3GS Cradle

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if the 3GS snap in cradle from BMW fits the Range Rover Sport or indeed if Range Rover do there own version.

I had one in my M3 and it was really handy for keeping your phone in one place, also charged it and utilised the aerial on the car for better reception etc.

This is the cradle i am talkuing about http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-Phone-Cradle-Hol..._911

I can answer one part of your question Chris - Land Rover don't and never did sell a cradle for the iPhone (any version). No idea if the BMW one would work, since late 2007 no RRS has had the cradle system under the cubby box lid, the post 2010MY cars have a socket and USB type cable that attaches the phone to the audio and phine system or you can use the bluetooth, it also charges the phone. Most of the cradles that Land Rover had were for Nokia designs of phones as the original system (and the one built into your car is also one) was a Nokia system, since 2007 they have used a different and more versatile system 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Cheers for that,

Having just spoken with the Salesman at Town & County Aberdeen, he informs me they do infact carry one but at a cost of around £100. I am almost certain i heard somewhere that the cradles from BMW were the same. I shall wait and see when i get the car.

Thanks for that though i appreciate your help.
