Misfire / judder on acceleration - any thoughts?

60k rrs v6 just serviced. Then problem developed. Under firm acceleration engine misfires and judders horribly. Seems worse from cold. Had egrs flagged on diagnostic so got those blanked off, problem still persists and is getting worse. Anyone know of any known issues?

Well if just serviced by main dearler then all filters would of been changed so no water in fuel. With diesel then plugs should be ok. Split in turbo hose or ecu could be. Do you have any break down cover cause they could have a look free of charge. Turbo hoses can be done diy but ecu will be dearler. Big Cry

Thanks. Would the split turbo hoses be visible under bonnet ie for me to diagnose?

Even a pro would find it hard to find a small split. Check all the hoses anyway you never know. Its a big engine so as long as your a bit confident you might be ok. Good luck. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
