I am trying to reply to a pm from James at CHPR but my message is sitting in my outbox, does this mean it cant be sent because CHPR inbox is full, or am I missing something here?  Arrived - RRSport 2016 HSE SDV6 HSE

Messages sit in the outbox until James logins and reads them on the forum itself, then they go to the sent box

however, James should receive a email notification telling him he has a message, and the message text in that email.

So he might have read it via the email
