Piech that moronic shareholder of Porsche (he has like 38%) is an autistic dumb a** and cant stand Mr. Wiedeking (funny guy who loves to party) - first hand infos... Piech's son is my neighbour...... so first they told him to get as much shares of VW as he could get and then they let him down....... its a family thing the Piech clan vs the Porsche clan.....

Problem now is that our town (Stuttgart) will get like 300 million Euros less tax/year when VW takes over Porsche cause VW will pay to the town of Wolfsburg and that really sucks !

Porsche was the 4th biggest tax payer here .......

Porsche should think themselves lucky that they have a European parent and not a Chinese one ................ just think what would have happened had Nanjing or Shanghai Automotive taken over and badged all the cars as MG's or Roewe's or even Fairwinds........................ and put 1.6ltr engines in them so the teeming millions in China could afford to buy them. This is truly sad for Porsche.

The only guys profiting from this is the family Porsche/Piech, by using some genius of themselves and some stupid politicians those guys will change their 100% part on Porsche - worth about 17 bn. Euros at the moment - against about 50% on a Volkswagen and Porsche Group - those 50% will be worth significantly more than 50 bn. Euros.
This is absolutely genius and due to the way they did it they don't even have to pay personnal taxes on that gain, just brilliant (for them)!

For Porsche, all the employees and all the fans of the make this is sad or terrible. In my opinion it is also sad that two of the best ever German managers had to go because of this thing. Really sad.
