Common sense surely tells you it can't be...it would have been all over the press, watchdog et al, recalls galore! I'm sure somone has no doubt had that exceptional experience but the power of the internet means they can get blown up into huge issue. The RRS (and D3 and lots of other modern cars) are very electrically hungry so if parked for weeks (anywhere), can sometimes have battery/starting issues but this isn't an RRS problem and shouldn't affect you commuting to an airport. It has been talked about over on Freel2, something to do with radiowaves not allowing the car the fully shut down IIRC
