I watched last night's Aussie Top gear as well after seeing bits of the first 2 shows. It is horrible and I'm not a negative person. The presenters wreck the whole show with every word out of their mouths. Clearly the wrong people have been hired. The 4WD test spent 80% of the time playing with plastic snakes and ambulance sirens and far too little time discussing the pros and cons of the cars. On top of all of this the whole "ocker" image being used with "mate" every second word and expletives every other word...man, it is just horrible. Like any good movie or TV show, the writing is the key. This show needs new writers. The UK version has great writing and also, the presenters have become legends. But, having said all of that, I'm a car nut, so will still watch and just have to cringe while doing so. 2006 Black/Alpaca, Hi Ice, Dynamic Pack, 19" wheels, Clear Pack... |

Good Old Clarkie ! so whats the fuss all about, I see that he was making reference to an actual murder case that a truck driver was convicted with ... too many Mary Whitehouse clones out there also if they watch TG surely they expect and should know what JC is like.
