Retro Fitting Rear DVD Entertainment System

I am thinking about retro fitting rear seat entertainment and having seen the factory fit system i was wondering if anybody can reccomend or know of a system that would be as close from a spec point as the original system.

I fitted a Rosen system in mine, cost circa £800, but very easy to fit & screens & sound is very good. Tried a cheaper one first but you get what you pay for.

I used the rear aux for the power - connected to the rear of the cigarette lighter, I did not try connecting to the front screen / speakers as in had wireless head phones.

Keeps my daughter very quiet.

Regards

I think "Jonathan" had a system installed, but if i recall correctly he went for roof mounted, but I'm sure the company he used could do the headrest style ones too

I remember it as he is local to us both, and i thought about have something put in mine, but have never got round to it Thumbs Up

I have a rosen system as well, the ability to watch two DVD's at once, or both on the same movie, or one kid playing the internal games and the other watching DVD, makes the journey a lot quicker, and the radio headphones work really well.

Thanks all, i looked at the Rosen but i think i have decided on a full blown Alpine install with 6 disc changer and headrest monitors with NavTv integration to front screen, company in Wakefield have provided excellent price and having spent many hours researching the issue i feel it is as close to factory fit as i am going to get.
