You can buy the latest DvD/CD from Navteq but they are very expensive, or you can get your dealer to update the system to the latest disk, which is also very expensive! A choice and both are expensive! Like £100 expensive IIRC which is a lot to pay for a DvD of maps.

The version number can be obtained by taking the DvD out of the computer which is under the front passenger seat, but be careful I believe it is a fiddly job and you can scratch the disk easily. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Tim is right... the cheapest way is to keep a close eye on eBay and see if one comes up there.

I think if you speak to the parts manager at forum sponsor Charles Hurst you might get 10% off the cost (I may be wrong, but I think they discount parts for forum members) Confused

2003? That's not right... the RRS came out in 2005 and I'm sure the initial DVDs were marked accordingly Confused

Maybe the first RRS's used the old stock from D3's Whistle Whistle
Also don't the more recent systems use DvDs rather than CD's so they can get more info on a single disk? DvD's won't read in pre 2007MY IIRC 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
