does this part exist, and colour coding

my 09 ffrr s/c will be delivered in september and i want to colour code the grille suround and the side grille surounds.

I also want to have the door mirrors colour coded, now somebody told me that there is such a part from land rover in jet black (upper and lower) if so what is the part#

i am still thinking of doing the doorhandles too but that would maybe be too much

thanks,

The_Atom,

Welcome to the site... I'm not sure LR provide colour coded door mirrors, you have always had to colour code these yourself if you wanted such a thing. However, this is easily done and one of our forum sponsors Carstylingstudio.com will be able to colour code the standard items for you. Check out their details here: Sponsors Page

Additionally, as this is the Range Rover Sport forum, you could ask on our sister site, www.fullfatrr.com, which deals specifically in the FFRR Very Happy

Welcome.

As Shmoogle says I don't think you can buy colour coded parts, only the bright chrome upper and lower parts for the mirrors Thumbs Up Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

Well I bought my mirror covers from LR colour coded last year Exclamation

Top half was done at the factory. Bottom half I had to get done myself before I stuck them both on with Evostik Wetgrab. Don't bother with the LR glue.

So I'm sure by now that both top and bottom will come colour coded ready to stick on. As for part numbers....no idea. TDV6 - gone

i see you colour coded your door handles too. don't they chip easily , i'm still thinking of doing that too but im affraid the car would look too black.

Which colour is the vent on the hood near the windshield is it matte black or is it that metalic silver. so should i paint that one black too?

Ahh, I see Thumbs Up

Standard on S/C it is a darker greyish surround with silver horizontal drilled slats on the front grille and non drilled slats on the wing vent. A number of people have colour coded some or all of the grille(s).

It is entirely up to personal taste as to how much colour coding you do Thumbs Up Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad
