Botswana's No1 Ladies' Detective Agency

Did anybody watch this on BBC last night?
As you may know I don't have a telly but having read all of Alexander McCall Smith's books I was keen to watch it. The programme is available on BBCi-player for the next 6 days but at 600mB it's a huge download and I wondered if it was worth the effort? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

Tim, I watched the first 5 minutes, but there was no sign of gratuitous violence or sex, so I went to bed. The wife stayed up to watch it and thought it was good. Very "gentle & nice" like the book apparently. Not my cup of tea (napalm in the morning) at all ...... RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

I didn't think it was going to be my cup of tea, but it was a good advert for fat birds Wink This was just a pilot apparently with a whole series coming next year.

Well I down loaded it and I enjoyed it, but the books are better..................... trust the crooked lawyer to be driving a Buckingham Blue FFRR!
The scenery looks stunning though and the film beautifully made.

Heard on the radio the other day that BBCiPlayer has single handedly dragged down the speed of Broadband in the UK because it has been so popular! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Overseas people can't use it though I don't think, so at least we're only subsidising ourselves...

Yep S, that's right it can recognise your ISP and won't let foreigners download - I think some guys in the US tried it when I posted last year that I had been able to watch TG on it and posted a link. I wonder if it can tell if you are a licence payer as well Mr. Green Mr. Green 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
