It might not seem like much but I'm now happy. They will pay for the full service and have offered me five hundred quid off my next RR Sport.

I have already ordered a new BMW to replace my RR Sport but as I'm due to change my Merc in Sep it has me thinking. Both myself and the wife love the Sport and it certainly ticks all the right boxes so may just keep my fingers crossedand and hope I'm a bit luckier second time around.

Fair enough, Tony... nigh on £1k of compensation I suppose, better than a poke in the eye with a sh***y stick
