E reg, white with special graphics up the side. Might have been a "Kensington" special edition if memory serves. All the extras and even another set of foot pedals on the passenger side! Laughing

I will have to agree with you all .......

Even though I put the new wipers on my RRS [ now sold 6/6/7 ] - they had just started to revert to being noisy especially in light drizzel Evil or Very Mad So it would appear that LR have still not resolved the wiper issue/problems

If it's any concellation - the wipers in my ford focus hire car are worse Twisted Evil

2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

I have just taken the wiper blades off trying to find a part number.

Mine have a stamp on the plastic on the top that says 1120606

and on the blade a long number that I think says 1644111706 LXP 2335 2337 L3

Can anybody tell from this what type of blade I have?

I just read the manual and it advises against silicone spray.

I have to say looking at the wiper blade it doesnt exactly look like a quality product. Maybe a good market for some one to produce some decent wiper blades and assembleys. This shouldnt be rocket science.

Josh from here http://www.speeding.co.uk/acatalog/Valeo_XTRM__Wiper_Blades.html I bought the UM665 ones. It doesn't mention D3, but one of the guys on the other side had bought them so I gave them a go, they work great!

What are you road conditions like over there? just a thought try spraying the car with tap water and see if they still make a noise as it maybe dirt in the water from the roads causing it.

Mine are silent, but i don't travel on that many main roads hence no spray from other vehicles, its worth a try

But why is it that LR seems to be unable to use proper wipers like any other car manufacturer? It just doesn't make any sense. Isn't the RRS supposed to be a luxury car?

BTW I am just back from a trip Switzerland to Newmarket and back with my car and had to drive through or rather sit in a giant thunderstorm with unbelievable amounts of rain around the area of the M25/M11 junction this past Monday afternoon around 5.30 pm and guess what, almost no judders for the duration of the downpour (bucket loads of water for half an hour, was like sitting in a car wash), but as soon as the rain went back to normal, the usual judders were back!
