Injector Balancing Offset - TDV8

Hi Guys,

So I've been told that the accepted LR tolerance for the balance offset is anywhere between 400 - 1600 (anything outside will flag an error code). However, most peeps are saying that they should be within 700 - 1400 to be considered healthy.

All of mine are within the LR tolerance however, 4 may not be considered healthy:

Cylinder balancing offset - injector 1. 740.79
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 2. 854.08
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 3. 670.97
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 4. 762.58
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 5. 1399.19
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 6. 682.2
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 7 685.92
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 8 785.11

Cylinder 5 in particular really stands out to me compared to the rest!

I'm reaching out as there are times (after a good thrash) the engine will develop a misfire that is noticeable during idle and up to 1000RPM then non-existent with more revs. It only happens every now and again and only after giving it some beans and it only feels like there is one cylinder off.

Now... My question is... Do I pull the following injectors and get them tested and serviced:

Cylinder balancing offset - injector 3. 670.97
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 5. 1399.19
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 6. 682.2
Cylinder balancing offset - injector 7 685.92

What are your thoughts? Should I just pull all and get them refurbished? Or just the 4 that are outside of the 700 - 1400 tolerance?

Any other thoughts on the subject would be appreciated... Thanks
