Am I missing something from my boot MY19 owners ?

Strange question i know but something seems missing from my boot and not a spare wheel

My last car I’m sure had a foam insert so the carpet didn’t look unfinished.

No I didn’t mate, it came like the photo, yours appears to be missing the black polystyrene cover 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR arrived but now rejected!
