(INSTALLED) HDS4U, GVIF Interface + Reversing Camera!

Hi all, i had a few hours today so i fitted this, the hard part is getting the cables from the tail gate and finding a live from the sat nav unit, all in all a great job even though it took me 5 hours to complete once i'd got my head around the wiring
I'd recommend this in a flash, i just need to tidy the cables and add a Ipod cable now

Working from the switch and from AV1

Sneaky switch!

did you install the interface without remove the screen?
did you plug the wires on the Navigation Unit?

Camera replaces one of the number plate lights with a light and camera!

Yes the Interface plugs right into the sat nav and you do not need to remove the screen If it aint broke leave it!

I want one of those!!! more details please. Considering I have only just figured out how to use a computer is the instulation to difficult for the average DIYer.

Thank you for the link Rislar. How much was the whole lot? What camera did you use? am still waiting for them to ring me back, no doubt it will be Monday now.

Hi Misery, the camera is in the link, just scroll down a tad! i paid £400 for both but i believe they have a discount of 16% ish over on the other forum!
