Door handles removal

Does anyone have the instructions how to remove the door handles?
Could you please post it?

Quick, quick someone, before Bobby wakes up.

Door handles removal and installation. This refers to front doors, but the procedure is identical for rear doors as well (only bit of extra work is the driver door as there is a lock cylinder in the way, see below.) You can skip Step 4 in the attached instructions, since you are only replacing the handles. And, you get 1000 bonus points if you are able to remove the old caps / screw covers without breaking any of the retaining clips. I broke one each on mine, but Nooro over on the US forum didn't and posted helpful photos: http://rangerovers.net/forum/viewtopic.php...p;start=24

Driver door's lock cylinder removal and installation. You will need to remove the cylinder to be able to slide the driver door handle out. A couple of suggestions: Use a Torx #10 or #15 driver and absolutely DO NOT remove the screw, just loosen it enough for the lock to pop out (and leave the Torx driver in place, so you don't have to fish around in that dark hole for the screw head once again when it's time to reinstall the cylinder and tighten the screw.)

No worries, it's a lot easier than it looks - or sounds. After you do the first, the remaining ones will take no time to swap.

basicly you just pop off the caps (there the bits behind the handle its self, the bit that doesnt move when opening the door) look out though because i broke all 4 when taking them off.

then you pull the handle backwards and it arc's out.

just do the reverse when installing the new handles, passenger door is a bit trickier as you have to remove the lock but it still only took about 20mins.
