United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
Motorshow Today

I was running on 2 hours sleep the previous day and it was a crazy busy day!, we were there for 11 hours Surprised . I got home and didnt even manage to plug the laptop in before i passed out. I tried to upload from there but the wifi (which i paid £10 for) was being raped by everyone so was so unstable uploading/downloading i just gave up trying to use it. Heres a few i quickly went through just now:

I wonder if the LF-A concept will ever make production and if so will it drag people out of their R8's and Porsche's into a Lexus?

By all accounts, they've done a great job with the IS-F Thumbs Up Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

I reckon people will still like their German badges.... Although Lexuses (or Lexi, if you're a Partridge fan Wink ) are great, they still have a way to go to convince the badge snobs that they're not just another Toyota.

maybe its just me, but I'm not impressed by the fact BMW, AUDI, VW and mainstream Merc weren't at the show - to good for the UK it seems. The show did seem to have a specialists feel to it this year - Merc were there, however mainly in AMG and Brabus guise.

Top marks to JLR for putting on a good show, plus Ford and Vauxhall impressed me on their appetite for the UK market. We both agreed we liked the Ford S-Max

No German marques? That's odd... they're normally there. Couple of years ago when we last went there was quite a decent BMW/RR stand Sad
